ESEB 2022 Congress in Prague

We participated at the Congresses of the European Society for Evolutionary Biology that was held in Prague, 14-19 August 2022. This is one of the largest conferences in evolutionary biology with about 1500 participants.

Jana, Magdalena, Lada and Enrico presented their research in foowing poster presentations: The story of Proasellus (Isopoda, Crustacea) – cave colonization ensured by the plastic response, Cave dwelling Physella sp. as a model system for studying the loss of pigmentation, Convergent loss of ommochrome pigmentation in cave-adapted isopod crustaceans, The use of cave-dwelling animals as models in senescence studies.
